New SEO and Co-Authors Plugins

The following updates have been made to all CampusPress networks.

New plugins:

• Co Authors Plus – Allows you to assign more than one author to the byline of a post.
• Simple SEO – a plugin to handle most SEO tasks like post/page meta info.

New plugins are added as Super Admin only by default.  Refer to managing plugins documentation on how to enable plugins for all users.

General Updates:

• Network-wide plugin management UI for Super Admins.
• Better support for “Advanced Custom Field” plugin. See bottom of support docs here for more information.
• Update of a few plugin icons.
