Network Messages Improvements and General Updates

The following updates have been applied to all CampusPress networks:

Plugin Updates:

• Network Messages plugin:  Added bar styling and ability to disable dates.
• Image Widget plugin:  updated to newer version.
• Formidable Forms plugin:  fixed issue saving user roles in Global Settings.
• Embed Any Docs plugin:  updated to newer version.
• WordPress importer: improved handling of internal images with different sizes.
• Domain mapping plugin:  make sure user is redirected to the right URL after login from the admin bar.
