WordPress core will be updated to 6.1.1 between January 3 to January 6, 2023. Customers on dedicated clusters will be contacted to schedule this upgrade.
This version of WordPress introduces the new theme Twenty Twenty-Three, an accessibility-ready theme, with 10 different styles. All new themes are uploaded as network disabled and need to be enabled in Themes in network admin for users to be able to activate.
This update is already live on all test and sandbox networks for customers with development environments, except for clients on dedicated clusters. All clients on dedicated clusters will be contacted to schedule the upgrade on their development networks. This release has been fully tested on our CampusPress common bundled plugins and themes.
