Google Maps Upgrade and Co-Author Plus Theme Integration

The following updates have been applied to all CampusPress networks:

Plugin Updates:

• Google Maps plugins: Upgraded to newer version, small bug fixes.
• Co Author plus auto theme integration:  Better integration of co-authors with themes for an improved listing of authors on posts.
• Disable Comments completely plugin: small bug fix.
• bbPress plugin:  Fixed issue with bulk change of forum roles on the Users > All Users screen.
