Blogging with students has many educational benefits, but it is fair to say it comes with its own risks too. In this post I’ll look at some of the risks students face when blogging and identify what you need to do to keep them safe online. In this post I’m going to look at how students can benefit from blogging, with reference to my own experience supporting a group of Year 6 kids (10 and 11 year olds) to create their own blogs. And I’ll show you just how easy it is to get your students started with blogging, as well as giving you some tips to make it work.
